What are 3sCrowd applications?
3sCrowd apps are easy to use, white label, customizable applications for Facebook fan pages and brand pages.
How do I install application on my fan page?
You can install our applications to your fan page(s) directly from our website. You need to create a client account by signing up for one of our subscription plans on the Pricing page and then select and install the applications you would like to purchase from our applications page.
How many applications can I install on a single fan page?
You can install as many applications on a single fan page as you like. You can select and install each of our applications on a fan page – however you can only install an app on a fan page only once (you cannot install multiple instances of an application on a single fan-page)
Can I install an application on multiple fan pages?
Yes you can. You will need to purchase our agency package however, which allows you to install each app you buy on up to five fan-pages at a time. Our other packages do not offer that option
What is the difference between different packages we offer?
We offer multiple packages to cater to the business needs of different types of businesses. We charge no sign up fee for any of the packages. The difference between the packages include.
- Fan Cap: The total fans on your fan-page. We have various pricing packages according to your page traffic
- White Label: Completely Branded apps without any reference to 3sCrowd or any part of the apps development origin. The app is customized and presented as belonging solely to the purchaser
How do I activate my account?
You can activate an account by signing up on our website, completing the payment process and installing applications.
What kind of branding can I do on the application?
You can use header images for the application tabs that appear on your fan-page and upload banners or logos. You can also select the background images for many of our apps or use text and background colors to apply your own color scheme to the app tabs.
Do I need to be tech savvy to install and use the applications?
No you do not need any special programming skills to install and use our apps. The process to install the applications is simple and takes very little time while our easy to use content management system and our app options panel make it possible for anyone with minimal expertise to follow instructions and begin using the applications.
How much does it cost to use 3sCrowd application?
We have multiple packages for our clients to subscribe to. Each package defines the price as well as the features and benefits we provide to our clients. Our pricing structure is based on the type of package you purchase, the number of fans on your fan page and the applications you choose to install. What is a 30 day free trial?
A 30 day free-trial is a free offer for you to try our applications on your fan page. You get a 30 day free account, for which you will not be billed, which will allow you to access the full functionality of 3sCrowd apps for free on your Facebook page with absolutely no obligation to buy at a later date. All we seek is honest feedback, and even that's optional!
What will happen when my 30day trial expires?
When your trial period expires, we will notify you via email, either you can upgrade your account by making payment or your account will be suspended automatically.
How do I renew my subscription?
We will send you notification e-mails when as your account expiry date approaches. You may follow the link in our notification e-mail and follow the renewal instructions.
What is a fan cap?
We implement a fan-cap where we serve fan pages up to a set number of fans for each of our packages. If the number of fans on your page exceeds the fan-cap for your current package, you will have to purchase a more advanced package (with a higher cap) when you renew your subscription.
What will happen when I reach my fan cap?
When you reach your fan cap, you may continue to use the 3sCrowd app(s) installed on your page for the current monthly billing cycle; we will not disable the app. After the current billing cycle is concluded however, you will have to renew the account for that fan page by purchasing a more advanced package.
What will happen when my account expires?
When your account expires, the app(s) on your page(s) will be disabled and you will be sent a notification to the effect. You may use the links provided in our notification e-mails to renew or upgrade your package.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No we offer monthly billing packages only.
Do you offer free accounts?
Yes we do offer free account to Non-Profits & Educational Institutes.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept payments via credit cards at our online check-out. Please follow the instructions while completing a purchase. Our process is self explanatory and the on-screen messages will prompt you to provide necessary details as required.
